Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the fastest and most affordable shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

SHIPPING FOR OUR FIRE TONG PRODUCT WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

We offer two delivery methods:

1. Standard Shipping (Free): This is delivered by Australia Post Standard delivery

2. Express Shipping: This is delivered by Australia Post Express Shipping

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We will process the orders within 48 hours. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Australian orders are shipped via AusPost. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items with Free Shipping are usually delivered within 7 business days, but this can take longer from time to time.
    Orders placed with Express Shipping are usually delivered within 3 business days.
  • All other products that you purchase in the same order as your Fire Tongs will be sent separately and may arrive at a different time.

SHIPPING FOR OUR FIRE TONG PRODUCT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA:

We offer two delivery methods:

1. Standard Shipping: This is sent via Australia Post and courier partners

2. Express Shipping: This is delivered by Australia Post Express Shipping 

and courier partners

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. We will process the orders within 48 hours. 
  • Shipping time: Orders outside Australia are shipped via AusPost. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items with Standard Shipping are usually delivered within 8 business days, but this can take longer from time to time depending on your location.
    Orders placed with Express Shipping are sooner than standard shipping
  • All other products that you purchase in the same order as your Fire Tongs will be sent separately and may arrive at a different time.
  • If your country shows as unavailable, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping to your location.

  • Shipping time: Your items will be delivered within 20 business days. Please allow more time to receive your products during the pandemic. 
  • Products are sent via various suppliers located within and outside Australia.


For all other products delivered outside Australia (not including Fire Tongs):

Standard shipping available: Sent via courier and AusPost

  • Processing time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days
  • Shipping time: Your items will be delivered within 20 business days. This can vary depending on your location. Please allow more time to receive your products during the pandemic. 
  • Products are sent via various suppliers located within and outside Australia.
  • If your country shows as unavailable, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping to your location.
