Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have simply changed your mind about the product, you can still return it within 7 days of receiving it, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will pay for the return shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it is in new and unused condition. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the return. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to, personalized or customised products, perishable goods, and gift cards.
